Building This Website & Finding My Way
Share
If you’re reading this, first of all — thank you for being here. Seriously. I’m not a web designer, a tech genius, or someone who naturally understands why one tiny button can ruin an entire layout… but here I am, building a website from scratch anyway. If this site crashes, just know I probably pressed something I shouldn’t have.
I started Hope & Hustle Co. with beads on my coffee table and a whole lot of faith. Creating this website felt like the next step — not just to sell bracelets, but to tell a story. My story. A story of recovery, rebuilding, starting over, and turning pain into purpose (with iced coffee, minor meltdowns, and the occasional “why is this not working” scream into the void).
Let me be honest:
There were moments I wanted to throw my laptop out the window. I changed one font… and somehow changed everything. I Googled “how to move a button” more times than I’d like to admit. But every time I got frustrated, I reminded myself why I started this in the first place — to create something that means something.
Why This Website Matters to Me
This space isn’t just a store. It’s a home for:
- Bracelets with meaning
- Words that remind us to keep going
- A community of people on their own journey — recovery, faith, healing, growth
Each bracelet I make carries a piece of my heart, my story, and my second chance at life. If you’ve ever felt lost, tired, hopeful, grateful, heartbroken, or healing… there’s something here for you.
Thank You for Showing Up
You being here means more than I can explain. Whether you buy a bracelet or simply read these words — you’re part of this journey. You’re proof that connection is real and that stories matter.
So, thank you…
For every view, every message, every order, every “keep going.”
I promise I’m doing my best — learning as I go, building something meaningful, and praying all my buttons stay in place.
What’s to Come
I’ll be using this blog to share:
- Behind the scenes (spilled beads included)
- Life lessons in recovery
- New releases & stories behind each bracelet
- Encouragement for anyone who needs it
From the bottom of my heart — thank you for being here.
This isn’t just a website launch… it’s a chapter. And I’m so grateful you’re in it. 💛
With hope, hustle, and probably bead piles,
— Lauren
P.S. If you made it this far... leave me a comment so I know I'm not just talking to myself 😂
